How To Make Your Own Flower Headband
Wednesday, July 9, 2014 | 0 comments
I notice flower headband has been a hit lately, so instead of heading to H&M or any other store to get yourself a flower headband WHICH you will ended up clashing with others, why not make it yourself?

I've been to Urbanscape last year, and i saw certain stores selling the headbands for bout RM30-40ish? So damn rip off. -.- And for some reason, flower headband tends to bring out the feminine side of you no matter how loud action is.

Nuff said , here're the step-by-step to your own flower headband!

 You'll be needing these.

Hot Glue Gun
Pliar Or Scissor ( To snip off the fake flowers from their stem)
Wires
Cotton Strings

1. Measured the size of your head with the wire so that the headband fit your head nicely.
2. Once you measured the size of your head. Start layering the wire so that it wouldnt be too fragile. And start wrapping it up with the cotton strings.

3. Wrap until you've completely cover the whole wire. You wouldnt like the sharp ends to cut your scalp. And glue it with the glue gun.

4. Snip off the flowers from their stems.

5. Here comes the fun part! You can now start gluing those flower on your wired band, And layered them as much as you want. :)

Below are my final product. In case you've no idea how you want yours to be. :)
I've make 2 different style. Since my bff is coming back from aussy & she wanted a floral headband when i showed her mine previously.

Version 1 : Slightly smaller & simpler.

Version 2 : This is more flowerish.
I've added vines & some beading so make it more "my" flower headband :)

And here's me in both headbands to end the post.
